Sometimes life gets in a way of reaching our health goals (even for me). Try incorporating small changes in your daily routine — I.e., change diet soda to lemon water, park your car further away from your workplace, take the stairs, make healthier choices when you’re out to dinner or takeout, etc. I even swapped my love of sweets, like ice cream, for a healthier alternative, such as berries and bananas with a 1/2 cup of low fat yogurt. Even on a busy schedule, these small changes can make a big difference to your health.
